White Buttercream Frosting
- 2 sticks unsalted butter (room temperature)
- 16oz. powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 tablespoons milk or cream
1.) Whip butter until smooth and creamy.
2.) Gradually add powdered sugar, mixing until smooth.
3.) Add milk and vanilla.
4.) Finish adding powdered sugar and blend until silky smooth.
