I don’t usually ever use the same ingredients or same quantities twice when making guac. When I do, it’s the ones you use (minus the cilantro and mayo and plus bell peppers). I love chunky guac, w/ fresh veggies, especially red onion! I don’t think that red onion is sweet and mild at all!!!! That’s why I use it instead of white, yellow or green onions! It’s gives it a kick that only red onions can do. I am obsessed w/ the stuff and will tell you right now, your recipe would feed me and me alone…
